What time does the NASCAR All-Star Race start today? Schedule, Texas TV Channel

The start time of the NASCAR All-Star Race on Sunday night is main territory.

The 2021 edition of the annual event will kick off at 8:10 a.m. at Texas Motor Speedway. The All-Star Race will be held after the All-Star Open race for drivers who have not automatically completed the All-Star Race field. The opening is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

NASCAR ALL-STAR RACE: Format, changes for the 2021 race

There will be three stages in the open: 20, 20 and 10 laps. The winner of each stage will advance to the Star Race. The main event will be divided into six stages: 15, 15, 15, 15, 30 and 10 laps, with a total of 100 laps with a 1.5 mile oval from Texas. Only returns of green flags will be counted.

What time does the NASCAR All-Star Race start today?

The green flag of the star, a qualifying race for riders who did not automatically make it to the All-Star field, will go to ET from 6 p.m. The Open will establish 18th and 20th places in the field of 21 cars.

The 21st and final place on the field will be the winner online fan vote. Even if the main voter wins a stage in the Open, then the driver who gets the most votes will enter, etc., until the driver is chosen.

The All-Star Race is scheduled to start at 20:10 on ET. From Saturday night the weather was expected to work together. Of the National Weather Service night forecast for the track In Fort Worth, Texas, the sky was clear and the temperature was low until the late mid-70s. Daytime temperatures were expected to reach over the mid-90s, and the heat index was projected to rise above 100 degrees.

Which channel is NASCAR today?

Fox and FS1 is the last race of the season on TV. NBC and NBC Sports Network will take coverage of the June 20 race on the Nashville Superspeedway and continue to broadcast through the playoffs.

As with all Fox and FS1 Cup Series races this season, Mike Joy will call the All-Star Race with analysts Jeff Gordon, Clint Bowyer and Larry McReynolds. Jamie Little, Regan Smith and Vince Welch are the Fox / FS1 pit reporters.

FS1 will begin All-Star Race coverage with “NASCAR RaceDay” at 5 p.m. on ET.
